About me

Ever since I was a teenager, I have been unstoppable at the gym, where I developed a strong passion for both sports and nutrition. What struck me was the gigantic amount of information, both in sports and nutrition that is findable online. But instead of clarity, I rather became less wise from what I read. Every article seemed to state something different. I couldn't see the forest for the trees. Out of a desire to be able to provide clarity from a strong scientific foundation, I started my Nutrition and Dietetics degree in 2017. I completed that in 2021.

As a dietitian, I am quality registered and have specialized in Diabetes Mellitus, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (PDS), sports nutrition and lifestyle.

When you enter into a journey with me, your needs come first. I believe in the power of a plan that stays close. After all, I give you the tools, but you will have to do the work. At the same time I support the power of simplicity. Healthy nutrition is often made unnecessarily complicated. With a clear plan that really fits you, the steps you need to take will go smoothly.

As a personal trainer, I am NSCA-certified. Here too, I ensure that during your coaching you follow the most optimal path toward your fitness goals. This means that I not only make sure you become stronger and more muscular, but that you achieve your goals with a healthy body.

Whether it's your first push-up, pull up or a 200 kilogram deadlift, I'll get you there efficiently and safely.

As both a dietician and personal trainer, I focus on achieving lasting results. Therefore, I always approach your request for help from a multidimensional perspective. We not only look at which food choices you make or which sports program is appropriate, but also delve into the underlying reasons for your habits. This helps to make lasting changes.
